How does a hot stone massage work?
Hot stones are made with Basalt or Himalayan Salt Stone. The stones are immersed in water and heated in an electric heating device until they are within a certain temperature range. The perfect warmth of the stones improves circulation and helps to calm the nervous system.
Options for hot stone massage:
FULL BODY: Your massage therapist will use the hot stones during your entire massage.
PARTIAL: Your therapist will use the stones during half the massage. They will customize it to whichever part of the body you choose, i.e. back, legs, or arms.
