From the moment you arrive to the time you leave. Our therapists will respect and address specific needs to communicate them to the best of their abilities. Thank you for remembering that you are in a professional spa.  Our professional etiquette will enhance the spa experience.

What We Expect 

Privacy

We want you to have a comfortable spa experience. Your modesty and privacy will always be respected. Please know you can wear your undergarments. It’s your choice. You may also wear a bathing suit or shorts under your robe as well.

Arrival Time

Please be courteous and arrive at least 10-20 minutes early before your service. That way you can prepare for your luxury spa experience. Sadly late arrivals will not receive a time extension and will be responsible for full service fees. In some cases we may not be able to perform the service at all.

Service Time

Service time includes time for consultation, undressing and service.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to our guests and staff we require a 24 hours notice of cancellation for any scheduled spa service Monday through Thursday and 48 hours notice Friday through Saturday or for packages, groups and holidays. There is a 50% cancellation fee applied to the credit card or gift certificate used to secure the appointment when notice is not provided. 

Children

Out of consideration for other spa guests and to maintain a serene environment, Children without appointments and a guardian present are not permitted. 

Cellphones

Out of consideration for other Rosehaven guests, please turn off phones before entering the spa. Also, remember to keep your voices down when chatting in the skin bar. 

Valuables

Rosehaven Skin Bar will provide locked lockers but we strongly recommend you leave all your jewelry and valuables at home. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.

Payment

We gladly accept Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept cash and ATM debit cards. We do not accept checks or Mastercard. Gratuities are not included, but we much appreciate them. Prices are subject to change.

Medical Notice

If you have any medical conditions such as allergies, are pregnant, nursing etc., please notify our staff when scheduling your appointment. Certain medical conditions may require a doctor’s note.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for any professional spa service or any specified dollar amount. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Purchase a certificate online and you can print it instantly.

-In the email look for the attachment or click on the downloadable link to view & print your gift certificate.
